Term of Service
We offer a fourteen (14) day, money back, satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Returns must be made within 14 days of shipment to qualify under this policy. Under federal regulations for in-vitro test devices, only unopened, sealed diagnostic or forensic tests, test containers or vials, or test kits may be returned for credit.
Test devices such as fertility monitors, thermometers, alcohol breath analyzers, and other non disposable, reusable merchandise must be undamaged and in original condition with all components and packaging originally sent and may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Credit will be issued only after inspection of all returns for conformity to this policy. Returned merchandise not in conformance will be held for 15 days and the customer notified by e-mail as to their options. In all cases, we do not accept the return for credit of any item returned more than 14 days from shipment date. Any manufacturer warranty repairs or returns must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
All returns for credit must conform to the following procedure to insure accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement:
- Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by sending an e-mail to support@advancedscreeningsolutions.com with your original order number, date, and item(s) you wish to return.
- A return authorization number will be assigned and sent to you by return e-mail. Be sure to mark the address with the assigned RMA# and include a copy of your original order, order number or packing list to expedite processing and issuance of credit.
- Return the item(s) postage paid (insured return receipt is suggested on returns over $50) to:

Important: Opened, used, unsealed or otherwise damaged in-vitro test kits cannot be returned under federal regulations and credit will not be issued. Returns sent postage due or freight collect will not be accepted. Advanced Screening Solutions, LLC cannot be responsible for unsolicited returns without an assigned return authorization number.
SHORTAGES
Shortages, receipt of incorrect merchandise or other problems pertaining to shipments received must be reported promptly within 7 (seven) calendar days of customer order receipt to be considered. Errors in received orders must be reported promptly within the seven day grace period to be corrected. Any errors in customer orders reported after 7 days of customer receipt will not be honored as valid. Report any shortages or incorrect shipments by e-mail to Customer Service stating the order number, order date and nature of the error.
SAMPLE POLICY
Due to the type of medical diagnostic products we carry, liability and regulatory restrictions prevent the sending of samples. Consequently, our policy is to charge for samples. If potential contract or volume accounts desire samples, they should be ordered normally in the smaller sales units available through our online ordering system. All sample costs including delivery charges will be refunded on subsequent volume purchases.
SHIPMENT LIABILITY
Shipments are sent by the carrier, class and method requested by customers on their order entry form. We may substitute UPS or FEDEX for USPS service depending on destination at no additional cost to the customer. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for in transit delivery times or service guidelines established by USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx or any other common carrier. Furthermore, we are not liable for shipment delays, lost shipments, stolen mail, clerical or typographical errors by customers during the order entry process, inclement weather, customs impounds or any other in transit delivery problem once a shipment has left our distribution facilities and is in the possession of a designated common carrier. Additional custom fees, duties and/or import restrictions are the sole responsibility of export customers.
CHECK PAYMENTS
Determine total amount of order including shipping charges by completing the first order processing screen. In the "Special Instructions Box" in the order screen, type your name and shipping address. Print the screen or enclose a written note stating item(s) ordered, shipping method and total amount along with your check or money order payment and send to:

We will ship your order upon receipt of your payment. In the case of backorders, we will hold your payment until merchandise is available. If you want to be informed of order and payment receipt and shipping notification a valid e-mail address must be enclosed with your order.
LEGAL NOTICES
Advanced Screening Solutions, LLC. appreciates your business. You will be notified promptly by E-mail of shipment and/or any delays, temporary out-of-stocks or problems with processing your order as long as you have supplied us with a valid e-mail address on your order form.
While we strive to offer quality products at fair value to our customers, we cannot control the intent, expectation or method of consumers utilizing the products offered through our website. Furthermore, we cannot control the use of information contained on our website. nor the conclusions derived thereof. We can assure our customers that all products are thoroughly tested and approved for quality and conformity to existing standards. Consequently all orders are accepted and shipped according to the following:

With respect to goods or services purchased through this website, liability, is expressly limited to replacement of defective goods, or, at Advanced Screening Solutions, LLC election, to the repayment or crediting of buyer with an amount equal to the purchase price of the goods. You acknowledge and agree that the limitations set forth above are fundamental elements of this agreement and the site would not be provided to you absent such limitations. Some state statutes might apply regarding limitation of liability."
By placing an order, you accept the above disclaimer as part of the sales contract and further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Advanced Screening Solutions, LLC its affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) related to your violation of this agreement. This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Advanced Screening Solutions LLC's failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
